How much you pay for your delivery is all down to the size of what you have purchased. Our pricing is based on volumetrics, i.e. how much room (in cubic metres) your ready-to-ship order takes up in our shipping container, the number of boxes it comes in and the weight of each box. Products come in all shapes and sizes and retailers have different methods and policies for packing products ready for shipping.

To make it all as easy as possible for you we have mapped these variables to our pricing structure. To find out how much any item will cost to ship simply use the drop down menus situated in our pricing page.

We have made every effort to include as many items as possible. Inevitably there will be some more specific items that we have yet to create. If the item you have purchased does not appear in our menus call Customer Services on 01624 692100 and we will create it for you (if you know the height, width, depth and weight it would be a great help).

Once your purchase arrives at our UK warehouse, we can normally deliver it to you within two working days after we receive payment. Larger items or those requiring installation will be delivered by arrangement.

Yes, if you need to return an item and it is within 14 days of delivery, you can return the item to our UK Depot for 50% of the original shipping cost. You will then need to arrange with your supplier for onward delivery or collection from our UK Depot

Ship2Man will charge for items which are resent following a return or for replacement items. Please contact our customer service team if you need to arrange for a resent item to be delivered by emailing customer.service@mic.co.im or by phoning 01624 692100

When your item has arrived at our UK delivery address Ship2Man will notify you by email or SMS, from this point you can log in to your account and track the progress of your order.

For more complicated orders, very large orders, or orders consisting of multiple items from various retailers, we are more than happy to assist. Please contact us by emailing hello@ship2man.im or by calling us on 01624 692100.

All items must be packaged appropriately by your supplier for onward delivery to the Isle of Man (which will involve multiple handling and shipping by land and sea). A plastic wrapper or bubble wrap for example does not constitute adequate packaging, goods should be professionally wrapped, boxed or crated.  If you are unsure about this, please contact us.

Failure by you or your supplier to adequately package your shipment means that we cannot offer insurance cover and although we may accept your goods they only travel at your own risk. We do not offer a packaging service and may turn your goods away if we consider that there is a risk of damage during shipment.

Please see our conditions of carriage for a full list.

When you pay your invoice, some additional services may be available for certain products. You can choose to add these additional services or pay without adding them.

As an example if you have ordered wardrobes and would like them delivered to a room of your choice such as the bedroom, you can choose the room of choice delivery and a two person delivery team will carry them into this room

If we miss you when we try and deliver your goods, we will leave you a card telling you how to contact us to collect your item or how to arrange redelivery.
