Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

Registration is absolutely free!

How much you pay for your delivery is all down to the size of what you have purchased. Our pricing is based on volumetrics, i.e. how much room (in cubic metres) your ready-to-ship order takes up in our shipping container, the number of boxes it comes in and the weight of each box. Products come in all shapes and sizes and retailers have different methods and policies for packing products ready for shipping.

To make it all as easy as possible for you we have mapped these variables to our pricing structure. To find out how much any item will cost to ship simply use the drop down menus situated in the arrange a delivery page.

As a guide our services start at £4.50 for up to five items of clothing, an iPad would cost £12.50 to deliver and a washing machine only £48.

We have made every effort to include as many items as possible. Inevitably there will be some more specific items that we have yet to create. If the item you have purchased does not appear in our menus call Customer Services on 01624 692100 and we will create it for you (if you know the height, width, depth and weight it would be a great help).

How long will it take?

Once your purchase arrives at our UK warehouse, we can normally deliver it to you within two working days after the day we receive it. Larger items or those requiring installation will be delivered by arrangement.

Can I return an Item through the same service?

Yes, if you need to return an item and it is within 14 days of delivery, you can return the item to our UK Depot for 50% of the original shipping cost. You will then need to arrange with your supplier for onward delivery or collection from our UK Depot

What about goods that are resent to me after I have returned an item?

Ship2Man will charge for items which are resent following a return or for replacement items. Please contact our customer service team if you need to arrange for a resent item to be delivered by emailing customer.service@mic.co.im or by phoning 01624 692100
